Instead of arranging a new Travel Design and Management Fee for every trip, a single annual investment secures your trip design, concierge access, and planning priority in advance. Every membership tier is anchored to Bespoke Journey-level trip design, our highest tier of custom luxury planning. Requests beyond your tier's inclusion are quoted separately at our standard Travel Design and Management Fees, the same fees that apply if you are not a member.

Membership Tiers

Golden Compass, Signature Clients. $4,000/year. One fully curated Bespoke-level trip per year (up to 10 days): private villas, yacht charters, private aviation, safaris, multi-country journeys, and extensive concierge management, with itinerary customization, preferred hotel and experience access, restaurant and experience reservations, a trip protection consultation, and VIP welcome amenities when available. Best for couples, small families, honeymooners, and milestone trips ready for Bespoke-level design.

Crown Meridian, Elite Clients. $6,500/year. Everything in Golden Compass, plus a second Bespoke-level itinerary each year, priority response and planning queue, access to private excursions and specialty guides, complimentary dining or hotel VIP upgrades when available, personal travel trend monitoring and pre-scouting suggestions, and dedicated chat support during travel. Best for frequent luxury travelers and multi-destination planners.

Celestial Sovereign, Private Client. Starting at $8,500. Final investment is scoped in a private consultation based on itinerary complexity and destination count. Everything in Crown Meridian, plus itinerary design for up to four Bespoke-level trips a year, in-destination concierge coordination at every stop, airport VIP handling where available, yacht and villa sourcing and negotiation, custom celebration touches, travel portfolio management, and after-hours and holiday access. Limited to two Celestial Sovereign memberships per year. Best for UHNW families, C-suite travelers, and yacht or villa regulars.

Membership Terms

Your Golden Compass membership fee is due in full at signing, before any planning work begins. It is separate from the cost of your trips and separate from any commission WanderLuxury Travel, LLC earns from your hotel, resort, cruise line, or other supplier. It does not reduce your total trip cost and is not credited back. This fee is non-refundable.

Your membership term runs one year from your contract signature date. If a trip included in your membership goes unused by your renewal date, one trip may roll over into your next membership year; any additional unused trips do not carry forward.

Cancellations and modifications to trips booked under your membership follow WanderLuxury's standard Cancellations and Modifications policy (starting at 15% of total trip cost) and do not affect your membership term or fee.

Membership fees shown here are current and may be updated for future enrollments. Once your contract is signed, your fee is locked in for the duration of your current membership term.
