To begin working together on a trip, a non-refundable planning fee is required. Once your planning fee is paid in full, WanderLuxury Travel, LLC will plan and confirm travel arrangements and logistics as agreed. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is non-refundable.

Cancellations and Modifications 

If you require us to cancel or change the dates of a trip we’ve booked for you, we do charge trip cancellation / change fees starting at 15% of the total trip cost. However, fees vary based on how far along we are in the planning/design process, the complexity of the itinerary, and how much time and work was devoted to the bookings. This fee does not apply to minor itinerary changes.
