Initial Consultation: Upon deciding to work with us, our first step is a personalized consultation. We discuss your short- and long-term travel plans, developing a client profile that captures your travel style, priorities, and interests. Confirmation of Planning Fees and associated invoicing are distributed in writing within 3 days of consultation completion. Details will be provided in your Planning Fee Notice.

Client Profile Development: Whether it's a single trip or a series of wanderventures, our goal is to document your unique preferences. Are you an adventure seeker or a culinary enthusiast? Do you prefer luxury accommodations off-the-beaten-path encounters? Are you interested in group or solo travel? Do you represent a company or organization that needs travel design services? Are you allergic to lettuce? Our goal is to confirm and build out your traveler profile so that every wanderventure exceeds your expectations and meets your specific needs. 

Itinerary Design: Armed with insights about your unique preferences, we conduct extensive research into your chosen destinations, tours, and activities. We craft up to 3 initial proposals/outlines for your review, leveraging our industry connections and insider knowledge to secure the best value within your specified budget that allows you access to FORA’s unique perks. 

Proposal Presentation: We collaborate to review the options that have been put together. Once you agree on one of the high-level proposals, we move forward to finalize your exact itinerary, providing a detailed, final proposal.  

Fine-Tuning Together: Your input is crucial. We work collaboratively to refine the itinerary until it aligns perfectly with your vision of your wanderventure. Your preferences may evolve from trip to trip, and we adapt accordingly. 

Ongoing Support: Our commitment extends beyond the booking process. Throughout your journey, we remain by your side, working with you and advocating for you in case of unforeseen challenges or changes.
