WanderLuxury Travel, LLC is not a booking engine. We design, coordinate, and manage travel around the way you want to experience the world. Your fee compensates us for the expertise, research, supplier relationships, and behind-the-scenes coordination that make your journey feel effortless. It reflects the level of design and management your trip requires, not simply the price of your trip.

To begin working together, a Travel Design and Management Fee (your planning fee) is required and is due in full at signing, before any planning work begins. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and separate from any commission WanderLuxury Travel, LLC earns from your hotel, resort, cruise line, or other supplier. It does not reduce your total trip cost and is not credited back. This fee is non-refundable. Once your fee is paid, WanderLuxury Travel, LLC will design, plan, and confirm your travel arrangements and logistics as agreed.

Every client works with all three categories above, regardless of service level. Your service level reflects the complexity, coordination, and level of support your trip requires, not which services you can access.

Travel Design and Management Fees

We use "starting at" pricing rather than a fixed formula. Your consultation determines the right service level for your goals, your itinerary, and the level of support you want.

Bespoke Journey. Starting at $3,000. For complex, highly personalized luxury travel: private villas, yacht charters, private aviation, safaris, multi-country journeys, and extensive concierge management. Priced by custom quote based on scope. Example: a multi-stop itinerary combining a private villa with a private yacht day and bespoke concierge access.

Signature Journey. Starting at $1,750. For luxury, milestone, and multi-destination travel with higher-touch coordination. Example: a multi-destination honeymoon pairing a boutique stay in one city with a resort in another, plus private experiences along the way.

Curated Journey. Starting at $1,100. For customized travel with multiple components, curated experiences, transportation, and more extensive research. Example: a 7-night honeymoon at a single 4 to 5 star resort in Riviera Maya or Los Cabos.

Essential Escape. Starting at $650. For straightforward, primarily single-destination travel with focused customization and coordination. Example: a 5-night all-inclusive getaway for a couple in a destination like Punta Cana.

Your fee is shaped by the number of destinations and travelers, how far in advance you are booking, the amount of custom sourcing involved (private guides, off-itinerary requests, special events), and any group or wedding coordination. A single couple booking one destination well in advance typically lands close to the starting fee for their service level. Multi-destination trips, larger parties, and shorter timelines land higher, and a trip that grows substantially in scope may move into the next service level. We confirm your fee with you before any planning begins.

Additional Services

Already have most of your trip handled and need help with just one piece? These standalone services are for single requests. When any of them are part of a full journey we design for you, they are included in your Travel Design and Management Fee based on the overall scope.

• Custom hotel research (curated shortlist with one round of refinement): Starting at $150
• Transportation arrangements: Starting at $150
• Experiences and excursions: Starting at $150
• Dining and concierge services: Starting at $150
• Rush travel (booking within 30 days, subject to availability): Starting at $250
• Group travel design and management: Starting at $5,000 for a group of 6 travelers. This covers coordinating room blocks, individual traveler preferences, vendor and venue communication, tracking payments across the group, and giving your whole party a single point of contact from planning through departure. Larger groups and added complexity, such as additional properties, connecting flights, or vendor coordination for a destination wedding, increase the fee from this starting point.

Pricing and Availability

Trip costs, supplier rates, taxes, and availability are set by third-party suppliers and are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed and any required deposit is paid. Travel Design and Management Fees shown here are current and may be updated for future engagements.

Cancellations and Modifications

If you need us to cancel or change the dates of a trip we have booked for you, cancellation and change fees start at 15% of the total trip cost for all travelers on the booking. Fees vary based on how far along we are in the planning and design process, the complexity of the itinerary, and how much time and work was devoted to the bookings. This fee does not apply to minor itinerary changes.

Can prices change after I receive a quote?

Trip costs, supplier rates, taxes, and availability are controlled by third-party suppliers and are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed and any required deposit is paid. We always confirm current pricing before you book.

Is travel insurance included in my fee?

We help you select and purchase the right coverage for your trip. The insurance premium itself is paid directly to the insurance provider and is separate from your fee. If you decline to purchase coverage, a declination form will be required and appended to your profile.
